7-Eleven Projects
I'm the sole content strategist for the digital team at 7-Eleven, which means I support over 36 UX designers across 14 verticals (both consumer and enterprise). I've set up best practices, intake flows, and standard content designs. This has created 10x efficiency gains and reduced the amount of re-work by 40%.

Support the Subscriptions team with acquisition, retention, and reactivation campaigns for our exclusive C-store subscription.
7-Eleven Gold Pass™ is one of the biggest revenue drivers for 7-Eleven's digital space. I've worked on all of their campaigns, the subscription flow from beginning to end, seasonal campaigns, and more. I work closely with the UX Research team to A/B test different variations of content, so we're putting the clearest and most enticing content in front of customers. 7-Eleven Gold Pass™ was recently nominated for a Webby Award in two different categories.

Create enticing promotional content & clear UX content for 7NOW, 7-Eleven's delivery app.
7NOW is the line of business that drives the most content work. They frequently run overlay campaigns, need new app push notifications, and run app events in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. The most recent event tiles were run for both the 7-Eleven app and the 7NOW app. The campaigns for March Madness and Easter pushed the 7-Eleven app from #14 in the app store to #1.
Rebranded the old cash back program to 7-Eleven Cash, which is now being used as the brand's universal loyalty incentive across multiple lines of business.
The rebrand involved working closely with designers, product managers, developers, and customer support leadership. Multiple areas in the app were impacted by the rebrand, including the registration flow, help center content, push notifications, email content, checkout screens, payment screens, bottom sheets, overlays, and more. This was a large initiative that spanned over several months.

Helped redesign the 7-Eleven fuel hub & created content to explain complex concepts like Price Lock in a small amount of space.
The fuel team wanted to showcase customer discounts more prominently because most customers weren't aware they could stack them. There's an additional layer of confusion, because not every 7-Eleven has a 7-Eleven-branded fuel station (some are Exxon, etc.). Those fuel stations don't accept the discounts we offer in the app. The entire fuel hub is still being overhauled now, but we've already started implementing bits and pieces of it in phases.

Currently auditing & updating FAQ content in the Help Center for each line of business, while merging the content for better parity.
Most of the FAQs across all of our lines of business haven't been updated in over 2 years. I've been slowly working on updating them based on page views and helpfulness score data within Zendesk. I've also been educating Product Managers on the importance of good help center content for the reduction in support costs and increase in customer brand loyalty. Below is a sample before/after for 7-Eleven Gold Pass™.

Informing the continued redesign of the Help Center to increase customer self-service & reduce support costs.
I'm still working closely with the Help Center Product Manager, Designer, Researcher, and Developers to ensure the redesign keeps the flow clear, uncluttered, and easy for customers. We've already implemented some of the changes, adding in personalization, a seamless flow to request a refund for a recent order, and a simple entry point to the rest of the FAQs.
What you see here represents work I'm able to share, but there's a lot more happening behind the scenes. Several of my current and recent projects are either internal or still in flight. I'd be happy to share more about those during an interview. Here's a snapshot of what I've been working on:
